Please remember to choose a heart from the Remembrance Wall and note the number before registering, or click on the heart you wish to register. Colored hearts have been paired with remembrances; outlined hearts are available for new remembrances - or just click on the heart you want to register and you will be taken to the checkout page.

Dedicate a
Remembrance WallYou can honor your loved one with a Dedicated Remembrance Wall. Dedicated Walls can display between 25 and 1,000 hearts. A one-time donation is collected to set up the wall and add your first remembrance. Once your Dedicated Wall is created, a direct link will be established which you can share. From this link, you can invite guests to include their own remembrances on your Dedicated Wall.

Interregnum Inc. Finding life after loss is a non-profit organization that serves through grief support, education and community outreach. Founded in 2005, Interregnum has served tens of thousands through its programs which provide comfort and hope to those travelling life's most challenging journeys. The Remembrance Wall of Hearts gives us a way to pay tribute, to honor and remember. Tributes come from wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, families, neighbors and friends. These can be shared with family and friends as loving gestures of caring and support.

Donate to select an available heart and add your personalized tribute to The Remembrance Wall of Hearts to memorialize a loved one.
Register a Dedicated Remembrance Wall in a loved one's name to share remembrances in a centralized location, or add a remembrance to an existing Dedicated Wall.
Search existing Remembrance Walls for messages of hope and inspiration.
